Utopian Government

Our utopia is run by a president elected by the citizens. There is also a council of elders who decide if the president is doing things constitutionally. The council of elders is composed of the 13 oldest most experienced citizens. As our utopia is an underwater city the police,called mangosta, ride dolphins and carry swords as we have not developed guns. The court system is comprised of three members of the council of elders. The common punishment for breaking the law is working in the hewa mines. Hewa is a stone that when broken produces breathable oxygen. The criminal is sent there for however many months the judges see fit.

What is utopia?

a utopia is paradise and to me, Amigop I, that is a place that you can laugh all you want. if you look at our profiles audio clip you can laugh your face off and it might answer some of your questions
what is utopia to me Amigop B?Well in a sense it is like a general thought of well being,then you cover the thought with regulations to keep everything in order and looking great,lastly you cover that with happiness although not all the way you want to keep room for the regulations to breath. That should explain the taco
